| SINOPSE: Baseado numa história real, Jim Carrey retrata Andy Kaufman - considerado o mais inovador, excêntrico e enigmático cômico de seu tempo. Kaufman, depois de várias tentativas, consegue trabalhar na série de TV 'Taxi', dando início a uma empolgante mas curta carreira. Curiosidades: dois anos antes de lançar 'O Mundo de Andy', Jim Carrey já havia cantado a música 'Mighty Mouse' (que aparece na abertura) em 'O Mentiroso' e num especial do 'Saturday Night Live'; já a canção 'Man on the Moon' foi feita e gravada pelo grupo R.E.M. em homenagem a Andy Kaufman e faz parte do álbum 'Automatic For The People'. |
